We accept a wide variety of collectibles, including trading cards (like Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, and sports cards), statues, action figures, comics, and rare memorabilia. To help us assess your collection, please provide:

  • Highlights of key items or rare pieces.
  • The condition of the items (e.g., mint, lightly played).
  • Editions, promotions, or variants included.
  • An approximate inventory list with photos.
  • Close-up photos of any visible flaws, such as scratches, dents, or other damage.

This information helps us expedite the evaluation process.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Contact us: Reach out with a description and photos of your collection.
  2. Quick check: We’ll review and let you know if we’re interested.
  3. Letter of Intent (LOI): For items we want, we’ll send a formal LOI.
  4. Shipping: Ship your items to us for assessment.

Offer: We’ll send a formal offer letter and arrange payment if the collection meets our criteria.

You are responsible for the shipping costs to send your collection to us. If we don’t make an offer, we’ll return your items for free, along with an organized inventory spreadsheet.

To ensure safe and efficient shipping and minimize assessment time:

  • For trading cards: Remove cards from binders to save on weight and avoid delays in handling. While we prefer cards unsleeved to expedite scanning and assessment, sleeved cards are accepted if necessary.
  • For statues or action figures: Use sturdy boxes with ample padding and protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Include original packaging if available, as it may add value to the item.
  • For comics: Place each comic in a bag with a board, and pack them flat to avoid creasing. For larger collections, group comics into stacks with protective layers, ensuring they are placed in rigid boxes.

These steps help protect your items and allow us to process your collection more quickly.

Our team uses a combination of technology and expert evaluation to determine the value based on:

  • Current market rates.
  • The condition and rarity of items.
  • Trends in the collectibles market.

For bulk items, we do not make preliminary offers based on photos alone. A physical assessment is necessary to evaluate the condition and authenticity.
However, photos help us verify:

  • The presence of a collection.
  • The condition of the items (e.g., Near Mint, Lightly Played, Damaged).
  • A rough estimate of value before shipping.

Once we receive your package, we’ll reach out to confirm its arrival and begin the assessment process. Typically, it takes us 2-3 business days to evaluate your collection.

If we anticipate that the process will take longer due to packaging or the nature of the items, we’ll notify you with an updated timeline. For example:

  • Trading cards: Sleeved cards or those sent in binders may require additional handling time.
  • Statues or action figures: Items requiring careful unpacking or intricate packaging may take longer to assess.
  • Comics: Stacks that need delicate unpacking and inspection for condition may also extend processing time.

We’ll keep you informed every step of the way to ensure a smooth experience.
